As little girls, we have to learn to pick ourselves up after a fall, get first aid for our scrapes, and then venture back outside to play.  Recovery and reentry are crucial skills for us all.

   Yesterday I decided to get busy and paint some more. It's one way of healing hurts, for me at least. It's so easy to hide out in my own little safety zone and I don't get anything creative done. 

   These little mini pictures are the result.  They are still a work in progress and I'll work on them some more today.

This needs a lot of cleaning up detail work.
